First I wanted to say thank you to all who voted for my sons costume! They judge on 11/8 and notify the winner on 11/12, so fingers crossed!

A freezer paper T-shirt that I made for my Dad for his Birthday.
He owns an Auto body shop and on Fridays a few guys congregate there at 5pm to have a few beers...
they call it Beer o'clock...
I had to make this when I saw an SVG of clock faces on
Michelle's Adventures with Digital Creations Blog
I deleted the 5 & replaced it with a mug of beer that I converted into an svg.

Well this costume in my mind looked so much better, but it turned out OK... thought I would share...
This is my son Aiden's costume. His sister is a pretty witch, so I thought I would try to do some sort of pair costume so this is what I came up with....
I cut the bottom of the cauldron out, attached fishing line to suspend the cauldron on his shoulders.
I cut the flames in 2 different colors and sizes in SCAL2 then inked them with red, orange, blue and green, glued them on.
Glued on some spider webbing stuff around the top of the cauldron to make it look like it is frothing over.
My mom made the little hoodie thing so his head was green (I wanted to find a green hoodie sweatshirt, but had no luck) I wish the t~shirt and the hoodie thingy matched, but whatcha gonna do....
glued on 2 big white pom poms to a foam visor & glued googlie eyes to that, a green t-shirt and whala...

No to bad right?
