Hot Rod / SOUS / svg to share

This is my take on the sketch this week over at Stuck on you Sketches
they added an extra challange this week to use red, white & blue on your layout. Well I incorporated red, white & blue on my layout but not in the way that they may have meant (4th of July) none the less I got those colors in my layout. :0)
Also I have the motorcycle svg to share that I used on this layout.

SOUS ~ Chalk art

This is my take on this weeks sketch over @ SOUS ... & they added on a challenge to use 4 papers w/ different patterns....
Well, that is usually a big challenge for me, but I managed to get 5 on this one. The base paper, the photo mats, bracket page element, the chalk - ric-rac & flourish are from a very faint patterned paper & lastly the square under the photos. Yeah I managed to do it with out hating the layout. I actually love the way it came out.
It is raining so badly here today & hubby is home to hang with the kiddies, so I think it is a great day to get some scrapping done! ~ the heck with cleaning the house!! LOL
I started working on another layout last night with a sketch from Got Sketch by Valarie Salmon it is a 6 photo sketch - love multi photo sketches!

SOUS Feb 5th Sketch

WOW! I got two layouts done in one week! That is amazing for me lately. Well anywho , here is my take on this weeks sketch from Stuck on you Sketches! This is my daughter Kira's first time with Buddy Bear. He is the Pre~K bear that everyone gets to have a sleep over with & they have to read him a book (well the parents) and then write in his journal about his overnight stay. Needless to say Kira was super excited to have him for the first time! The flower on top of the layout is part of a pull out tag that I have put the journaling on. I did a little sewing on this one & made a tear bear head to represent Buddy Bear. I hope you like it!
