Halloween Rosette Wreath ~ DT project

So I saw a beautiful paper creation on a facebook post and thought to myself "Oh I need one of those in a Halloween theme for my in home Halloween Decor... so this is what I came up with
Started making the rosettes (aren't they so pretty?!!)

Applied them to a cardboard ring that I cut and covered with cardstock (otherwise you may see the naked cardboard through some spaces that do not get totally covered) Looks pretty as is!
Then I applied my Halloween Cupcake topper files ~ from DesignsonCloud9.com ~to the large rosettes ... I added some punches from a Blog candy win from last year, some "skittles", a few buttos and a ribbon to hang it & WHALA a fun Halloween decoration!
Linked project up at Decorate to Celebrate! Challenge: Halloween Party
Check it out and play along too!

Digital Scrapbooking Blog Hop 10/17

Do you do digital layouts? Do you want to learn? This is a blog hop to see what other people are up to in this new and creative way to preserve memories. Some of these ladies are old pros while others, like myself, are new to it all, but we are all crafty so there should be some great layouts to enjoy and maybe a trick or two to learn.
Please join us and hop along starting with Jearise http://lorbysworld.blogspot.com our hostess.
Our sponsor for this hop is MyMemories Suite. Be sure to check out their site to see beautiful kits and tutorials to see just how easy it is to start digital scrap booking.

Now onto the projects!
All my projects were created using My Memories Suite v2 Software.

First I wanted to mention that I created my blog header with the software & a quick page layout! Pretty cool huh? Your own personal style added to your blog!

Now I created 5 digital layouts all from scratch (a blank page). The paper pieced looking elements such as the witch boots, bears & robot are all .png files from Designsoncloud9.com (great paper piecing patterns which include .pngs and digi stamps) of which I am a proud Design Team member for!

Here is my very first digital layout... not to bad right?!

Remember....

Festival of Lights

Now aren't these the cutest little bears celebrating Hannuka...
I was thinking the other day that there really aren't any Jewish Holiday paper piecing pattern sets out there, so I suggested it to Michelle (the owner of Designs on Cloud 9) and these are just a few of the pieces out of the set that she came up with. Adorable! no?!!
This layout is up for auction on Ebay

You can click on the photos for a closer more detailed look.
